A Stress-Free Study To Help Public Riders
A stress study was recently done for those who drive a motorcycle. People were interviewed who drive a motorcycle daily, those who drive a motorcycle once in a while, and those who do not drive a motorcycle at all.
The study proved that those who drive a motorcycle daily are less stressed than the other individuals. Doctors believe this has to do with nature taking over as the biker is on the road. The beautiful win and green trees all around make for a good atmosphere. Going further, most of the time, riders drive their motorcycles on nice days. This means the sun is shining. The vitamin D from the sun alone will decrease stress quickly.
Studies have also showed that people with bipolar and anxiety disorders are free from their problem when either driving a bike or on the back of a bike. Therapists are considering using this as a form of therapy. It may knock down the number of people currently addicted to prescription medication.
This study also showed that people who drive a bike daily are stress free because they want to ride. Most people on the road do not want to be in their car; they have to be in their car. Riders, however, drive for the amazing experience and rush of energy they get on the bike.
More studies are going to continue. Researchers would love to know what other areas will be positively affected by riding a motorcycle. This is a study that will go on for many years.
